Cancellation and No Show Policy
Vinings Massage & Wellness requests the courtesy of a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows and appointments cancelled less than 4 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE DURING BUSINESS HOURS (Tuesday-Sunday). Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed their full appointment time.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the massage and dismissal from the Vinings Massage & Wellness facility.
Communication Policy
To ensure you receive the most effective and enjoyable massage, inform your therapist of any questions/concerns that may affect the session. Each client is encouraged to tell their therapist if anything should be changed during the massage to make them more comfortable. This includes but is not limited to: level of pressure, table warmer temperature, sound level of music, and professional communication.
Clients bear responsibility for informing therapists of conditions that may affect the massage experience and have the right to end the session at any time.? Clients do not hold Vinings Massage & Wellness or those affiliated with Vinings Massage & Wellness liable for the effects of the massage.
To best serve our clients, we encourage that any concerns regarding discomfort about your massage or therapist be brought to the attention of management within 24 hours.
Covid-19 Policy
(Updated 3/11/2023) Clients are no longer required to wear masks during sessions, but employees will continue to wear them. However, clients are welcome to wear masks if they prefer.
