Last week, we discussed how difficult it is to find gluten-free, corn-free, and soy-free condiments. Well, this ranch dressing recipes covers all three! It’s delicious and oh-so-easy. It will literally take you less than 5 minutes to make AND it’s high in protein and probiotics because it contains Kefir. This dressing is actually very good for you!

High Protein, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Corn-free Ranch Dressing:
3/4 cup Kefir yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream (if you’re wanting a thick dip, add more sour cream until it reaches the desired thickness)
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives or onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or if you have a large mason jar, place all ingredients inside, seal the lid, and shake until they all mix together. It’s best to let the finished product sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld together, but if you need it right then, it takes great when you first make it too. Also, remember to shake well before using each time. Enjoy!
